For charities and non-profits, we offer a discount from the usual cost.  We do this by adjusting these factors.  

1.    Encourage shorter shooting day 

2.    Include only 2 rounds of feedback on the edit.

3.    Keep the graphics simple.

4.    Offer a discounted rate on the equipment.

5.    I personally take a lower rate because I like helping charities.      

What we can’t reduce. We do our best to pay people fair hourly rates, so we keep staff rates the same for charity projects.  Please help us keep that up.

1 x Pre-production = £50

1 x Shoot Day (7 hours max, 2 person crew) = £600

If you require models, actors or paid locations, those costs will be additional.

TRAVEL

If you’re outside London, transport, hotel and additional hours will need to be added to your quote.

FEEDBACK BEYOND 2 ROUNDS

We try to get it right the first time, but if more than 2 rounds of feedback are required, we’ll have to charge for that at £20/hour.
